Accomplishments

I finally became motivated and mowed the lawns. I had planned a trip to the quilt shop but never made it that far. I also planned to visit my friend Darlene but did not feel up to talking.
Bet that surprises all of you.
First I took lunch to David, he has been pretty sick but went to work anyway. So I drove in with lunch. After visiting a few minutes I became so agitated. (Not sure why) but suddenly I said, "I have to go". I drove home, found my nitro on the ground by the irrigation ditch, took a tranquilizer, called my daughter, and sat a while.
I then began mowing the yard. It was in desperate need of mowing and the fall leaves were in need of blowing off.
I finished the entire lawn before David came home. He was not happy with me but I bet I sleep good tonight.
It was nice accomplishing something. However small.
Tomorrow I plan to clean out the pool. It is full of leaves. OK not full, but I bet there is at least a garbage bag full. I will be soaked to the skin before I am done. I usually am.
I also plan to work on my back yard design. Getting my rock moved to a setting area. We shall see how that works out.
I have to get things done before the cold weather hits. Really cold weather. I do not function outside when it is too cold.
David has a doctors appointment tomorrow. He called and told them he thinks he has the swine flu. From the symptoms I think that is exactly what is wrong with him. It has been 6 days of temps, and just coughing like he is dying.
Poor thing, It hurts me to see him hurt and in such misery when he coughs. Coughing makes his head hurt.
So far, I am good. No problem at all. Thank you God.
