Showing house

Today, in fact in 1 hour the house is going to show. YEAH RIGHT!!!
I had to do some quick pick up last night and David cleaned showers and toilets this AM.
That is all they get.
Quickie.
Me, I am going to dress and leave here in about 45 minutes.
What if they have the flu or cough or whatever? I will just go somewhere and sit and sit.
No I am going to a print shop for Clip Art.

Runner up, but a win is a win. I win a years supply of Rodelle cocoa and Vanilla beans.
Maybe something else but I did not hear the rest as I was celebrating.

I won with the story of myself trying to dissolve nuts in my fudge at least 30 years ago, then in December my Son did the exact same thing.
We laughed , "Well the apple does not fall far from the tree"
Kitchen time is the Best of times.
And all my children are good cooks.
 Yes my boys cook and they are amazing. Charles and Ken  make Truffles, and all kinds of candy. They make entire meals, balanced meals sometime.
Far from the TV dinners they ate when Mom had to work late or had to travel.
Sheri, Well goes without saying, She is a genius at making her own recipes. She tries things I never would do and they are great.
Now I see her children cooking for their siblings and my Granddaughter loves to bake.
She bakes often.
 D cooks full meals  pretty often also.

So I guess our Family time in the kitchen payed off. I am proud of their abilities as chefs, cooks or sandwich makers.

I do not think I ever said, "Go find something to do so I can make dinner."
I said, "Here Can you help me with that?"
