Did anyone else watch that segment,  on OWN. Oprah Winfree  Network?
OH my goodness I was impressed.
I was never an Arrowsmith fan, but I was a fan of the lyrics he wrote.

" Walk this Way"

Or this one.

"I don't want to close my eyes,

 I don't want to fall asleep,

 cause Id miss you babe and I don't want to miss a thing."

Many more.
But in watching this I am now a Stephen Tyler fan.
He is humble, Woodsy, Real Human, Not a rocker with no feelings.
Not that rockers have no feelings but his are OUT THERE!!!!
He is honest and sincere. I loved what he said about Death and helping someone pass over.
Man he read my mind.
American Idol did good, bringing him in to fill in for "Grouch" (Tyler words)
He stated he could not be like that, What were they wanting from him?
He brought nice to the show.

If it ever replays, Watch it, You will get a new insight into his life and the lives of expectations of Rock Legends.
Hey they are just humans.

The sweetest thing he ever did for his wife, (when asked)
She said, "He took 4 days off tour to go to Canada to visit my dying Grandmother"
A grandmother he never met until that day.

Now that is sweet and considerate and a true believer of family.
