Today I am sitting here eating my popcorn, Yummy. Spray and Spray the butter on and it is not too bad for you. In fact cardiac Rehab told me to do that, just keep spraying until you are happy with the popcorn. Or whatever it is you use it on.
I made such a fabulous dinner last night. Homemade rolls, Roast, Spinach, and Mushrooms. Did you know you can cook your mushrooms in a pan with pam and they will carmalize. Do not stir until they are browning otherwise they will get mushy. Very good too. We kind of blew it on dinner but it did not seem to hurt our weight loss, in fact it my have helped. I did weigh the meat, and portioned out the bread. One roll equals 3 points, at least they way I figure it. You count the butter and only half a stick went in toapprox 20 rolls. Plus you count the flour and eggs. Just be sure to know your ratios.
Anyway tha is what I am doing, How about you.
Be sure to read the link I sent each of you on Heart Health. They have really good recipes, todays recipe was for Apricot Bread. That is a treat I will make soon, but first I have to buy margarine. I do not keep it on hand.
