Just stuff

Boy I am getting lax in posting.

Today my company is in the Redwoods, or at the very least in Crescent City. I pray they have marvelous weather, The whale should be running as should the elk.

We had a great visit. Just relaxing by the pool, (Lou did a lot of that) She loves the sunshine.

not a lot else, other than sleep, we are all kind of acting jet lagged. (and I did not fly)

Sleep Sleep Sleep.

We get out of bed sleepy, then go back to sleep around 1030.

However today, I got up at 630 with a back ache. Not sure where that is coming from. It has been pretty bad the last couple of weeks, bad enough to make me slightly stoop when walking.

Lord knows I cant afford to stoop, I am short enough. Today it is even worse so I may lie around all day.

At least I am through with my 35 visits to the doctor. YEA I graduated from ECP. Not sure if it helped but they did say my numbers went up quite good. Numbers on flow rate to the heart. I began at .70 and went to a 1.1 and 1.5 which is excellent. The goal is 1.0.

So it looks like it worked.

I do have to take one letter to the post office and maybe just maybe I will shower and fix my hair, it is pretty messy. (OR NOT) may just hop in car in my Jammie's and go.

One week ago we went to a beautiful recital. Kiara was so Darn Cute. She is princess if I ever saw one. She loves to be beautiful and pose and dance and smile for the camera.

She is proof being girl is in our genes. We can be tomboys or princess. She fits the princess category.
