First 48 Hours

I am officially off meds as of Sunday Morning, I am officially on my salt free diet. No iodine diet.
So yesterday I looked up recipes. I found a recipe for bread and Orange muffins. I made them.
For dinner I had over dried hamburger patty. Salad coated with homemade Balsamic dressing, A tasteless potato, and the bread.
Let me begin by saying, I can use non Izod salt.
Personally I think it is saltier than regular salt.
Just an observation.
My muffins are so salty I can barely eat them (but I do, it is bread after all)
My rolls are OK but not just right. (I still eat them)
My breakfast consisted of coffee with an Orange Muffin.
Still Salty.
So why the whine? I was throwing up several times last night.
I woke at 1157 and am up and down until 1230. Not long, but long enough.

David is sleeping in the guest room, he has a cold and I DO NOT want or NEED a cold at this point. He is better,so tonight if he thinks it is OK,he will return so he can watch me be miserable.

I plan to sew today, PLAN not a promise. I have ideas for blocks that need attention, And you know the pillowcases I made last year? They could use the lace I have lying on my machine , It has only been there all winter.
That would pick me up I could use them on my Sick bed. LOL
I went out yesterday looking for fleece, none to be found, (I only went to one place) I did find new winter jammies which will work as well. Point is I am cold and this is a big help.

I really need to strip my bed, I have laundry in and the living area could use a quick dusting.

Now I should get busy and get my few little chores started and over.
What do you think?

So that is my first 48 hours (two days) with no medication.
And that is only the beginning. 16 more days to go.
