My legs adn arms feel like noodles, My neck is now joining in on the noodle contest. (do not want to hold my head up). I kow this is a symptom of hypothyroidism,not somethign permanent and it does nto mean I cant hold my head up, It means I want to lie down.
I just pray my test are OK for a go on Monday. I do nto want more weeks of this.
I keep plugging along.
I had to get busy.
Today I made more Yeast rolls, I ate like a little pig. Two rolls with 1000 spice chicken, a potato, and veggies plus an avacoda. Yes, I ate almost all the avacoda. (David just wanted a sliver, and that is all I shared with him.)
I do not get up until 9 or so, I eat something, usually a muffin, and coffee. I ate applesauce for lunch and wonder why I feel like this.
So what is 1000 spice chicken, It is simply chicken dipped in whipped egg whites, rolled in flour with lots of paprika. That is it, Yo would swear it had salt on it, Nope not a grain.
So with that maybe this can express how I feel, Again borrowed from another web site.
