Kairos vs Chronos

Let me try to get this right.
I read in Good Housekeeping a great note from the editor.

We spend so much time, on the Internet, (like me now) texting, talking on the phone, checking our clocks. This is Chronos time, the time measured in minutes and hours. Our Stop watch time.

We spend too little time on Kairos time.
Time that is event centered, memorable time.
I can still picture the day, each of you were placed in my arms, The incredible Love I felt.
I can still see the Rainbow in the sky. I can still see my family (10 of us) Standing in Texas or Louisiana, having the last family photo made. I was about 10 years old.
That is Kairos time. Memorable time,
I want to spend more Kairos time, My Ahhhhhh Moments.

I do not want to live my life in a hurry.
I want to live it in Peace and with my Precious moments. Make each Moment count.
Moments that will live in my virtual memory forever.
Moments I want to picture over and over again.
