I am NOT in a good mood.
Not sure why, I think it is all the work that is coming to an end here. It must be done before the rain hits.
For two weeks David has been going to bring the guys out to pick up debris from cutting down trees. Every day they have had flat tires. Someone is driving nails and ice picks in the tires of the trucks and vans.
Of course being the spend thrift they are, there are no cameras to catch the culprit. Meanwhile I sit here looking at messy brush out front.
I have let my rose garden go too long so this week I am on it. I began tonight at 8.
It was almost too dark and by the time I woke David to help, I was angry. Really Really angry.

I had to calm down or scream. So I showered and took my med. Made myself sit and relax/ Now I would love to lie down. Tomorrow I have my second shot, so far nothing major from the injection. I expect nothing. Maybe why I am so on edge. I just moved a ton of big rock to clean out one section of the rose garden, I have to lay down black plastic, I mean the real heavy duty stuff, nothing else keeps the weeds out and the Bermuda is rampant.

You know I Have an idea, I am just thinking. I see those rubber things that go around trees and shrubs to make mowing up to them easier. Today I inspected them. They are rubber mulch, glued together. And Expensive.
You can buy bags of rubber mulch. I found that today in Lowe's. Black or Red, just like the tree guards.
So why cant you get a form,(any round form you have on hand, like the lid to a bucket.)
Place the chips and a thin outdoor glue and let it set?
I am on to something here. I can do it, Yes I can. I will do it,Yes I will.
I will ask Ronnie, a friend of ours who loves a challenge. He laughs at me for always looking for a better way. I usually find it too.

So Saturday we shopped for recliners. Lazy Boy. We found them too, or so we thought. As the evening progressed I changed my mind. So today I was back getting my money back. They were just not right for our room, right now I have mismatched chairs as our television chairs, One is pink recliner, one is a Burgundy club chair. (it is better in the office).
and they are hideous. At least I think so but they Will have to last a few more years. My sofa set is nice and does not deserve a cheap chair beside them.
Now that sounds bad. However did you notice a lot of the recliners have metal bases? I want wood. I do not like the metal base. AT ALL!!!! I think they can scratch the floors or tear the carpet.
I think I should wait until I can afford what I want. Or at least come in a close second to what I want. Leather recliners, that do not push my head forward, and fit me, I am small and it is hard to get a chair to fit. I bet I have sat in 20 recliners the last few days, and each of them at least two times. Three stores, and not a chair to be bought.

I may just check out the second hand stores. May get a bargain there. I can handle second hand.

So now I am settled down, David has cleaned the kitchen, (washed three pans) I did the rest,.
It was an easy meal, stuffing (homemade) with chicken breast and chicken broth. Fried squash and bread. Yep bread with stuffing. I am Arkie, got to have my bread.

So with that I will go brush and comb and sleep. I am pretty tired and tomorrow is another day, I will think of it tomorrow, I am too tired tonight.
