Our Week so far.

For you who do not know, we have had company for the last week.
Company has been wonderful. They kind of know our routine. On Sunday it came out in full force. I got up at 930. Then ate breakfast, then I said, "I must lie down again".
I did too, and slept until 1230. We then left for Paradise to visit a Sister In Law. We had planned on earlier but I am too wiped out sometime to make trips. Just a little nap is all I need.
Just a little one.
We had a great visit with Retha and then David had to drive home. He is doing great when I am too tired to drive. I think all along he just wanted me to drive and he would rest.
David has had little time off with Coy but Coy has been busy helping out here.

Today Coy and I washed the motor home, readying it for sale.
It looks fabulous. The fiberglass shell is in great shape. Color and paint job.
I plan to clean the interior this week, then next week, into the paper it goes, Just in time for hunting season.
The motor home looks so nice. My sister exclaims over how nice it is inside. They would buy it if they knew they could trust it to make it across country.
But there aer no guarantees on that. I would do it, but David would not. So it is a big decision.
I need to put a few dollars into light covers and light bulbs for the interior and one cover for the license plate cover and one for the outside running lights.
By the time I had crawled around on top of the unit, I was covered in black dirt. Relay my short and top were a charcoal gray. I almost threw them away but decided to see just how good my washer was. I have to say, they came out really clean and fresh smelling.
Yes, I was on top of the motor home, at one point Coy moved it and I held on to the rails for balance. I barely knew we were moving. But riding on top is not such a great idea. LOL

We had a nice dinner, of spaghetti , salad and french bread. We are trying to make all our meals easy and not a lot of hassle.
But tonight as we sat, both Lou and I wanted CHOCOLATE. So I got up and make a huge pan of home made brownies. It has over two pounds of chocolate in it, (16 plus 12 Oz's of choc chips, and 8 oz of unsweetened chocolate, plus two tablespoons of espresso powder). Yummy and rich.
3 cups of chopped nuts and more chips.
No scrimping on chocolate. Now we can eat on this for days and be sick for days too.
On Thursday we plan a trip to Sacramento to see the kids. All the family hopefully.
Ken and Kris will be there with Robert and Gina and hopefully their boys. (Men)
Of course we hope to see Mike and Sheryl too, with their troop.
Ken will be bringing the army. A very loving well behaved army.
I always love seeing those babies, So precious, they are our last babies. Got to hug and love on them while we can. They grow up so fast.
Wednesday we may have lunch with Gwen and Ruby at Cheesecake factory, then I have to see my ladies at the Retirement home.
Lord how I want to just talk to them and learn their histories. The elderly have such wonderful life experiences to share. We just need to take the time to dig it out of them, Piece by piece.
My orders are not huge, but the rewards are. Rewards of doing something useful to help our seniors. Seniors in retirement homes that are all but forgotten.
My Avon is still slow, Problem, I sell it to my family and friends at cost but I am forgetting to charge taxes I have to pay. I have to get on that part.
I dont care if I never make a penny as long as I help someone else purchase their needs and enjoy the product.
Lou is loving the ANEW day and night moisturizer. Plus she has ordered several of the SSS Gelled body oil. That is a great product. I will use it regularly myself.

So with this update it is bedtime, I am falling asleep as I sit here.

See you all soon.
Love Mom, Friend, Sister, Aunt, Mamaw and most of all A child of the King.
