Where's The Beef??????????

We had an amazing trip to Washington. So much to report.
We began our journey on Thursday and made our way North. When we arrived in Medford we stopped and shopped. I had to check out the fruit buys.
So I bought a case of Peaches for 14.00. Great Freestone peaches.
The peach story is a post within itself.

We arrived in cottage Grove, and spent the night at a great motel, (we always thought it was, Another total post)
It has an amazing 14 acres of gardens. You could spend a full day just looking at the gardens, Plants of every variety and hue. The wedding garden was totally grown, and the cypress trees now drape around the back of the gazebo. Beautiful.

But

But

But

Let me get to the story.
Where's the Beef????

As we began our second day of the return journey. (The other stories will follow later).
We ate a nice breakfast at the Motel. Plenty of food. We drove on to Medford again.
OK we get to Medford, we still had no lunch and it was well past 2 o'clock.
We talk about it as we drive into California, (our need to eat before getting home, so we would
not have to cook).
We decide to eat at "In and Out" Burgers.
Coy, a Brother In Law (I totally love as much as a brother,) was listening to our conversation and agreed "Burgers are OK with me."

We get to Weed and have to make a rest stop. As we drive in, the conversation goes like this.
Coy "I never saw a rest stop with Hamburgers."
Sue, "I haven't either".
We go on to our respective rest areas, David notices Coy looking in windows.
Thy guys come back to the picnic table and stand.
Coy "They must get their beef from the Pet Area."
Again I think he is joking . I laugh and say, "Probably"
The conversation keeps going to the "Rest area with a Hamburger stand."
I look at him, his head is down, He says, "I never did see the hamburger stand."
Suddenly we realize he is serious. Sue "You are serious, you think we stopped for hamburgers?" We all begin laughing. Not at him, with him.

Coy "Well the last I heard we were talking about hamburgers and we stop here."

OK you have to admit it is funny and if you had been there, you would have laughed too.
We are having a great time, We are laughing like kids again. The guys sit by the pool after dark, in the swing and talk. Tonight I cut Davids hair and Lou cut Coy's nose hair and I tried to trim up the mess the last hair cutter made. We laughed and laughed, The guys would get the laughs while we had the clipper edge stuck up their nose. Then we would all get the giggles.
If anyone had seen us they would have thought we were drunk, but we were just high on Life.

It is so sweet. So endearing to have family here. To relive Precious Memories with them and Make more Precious Memories.
We never know how many more we can make.
God Bless and Keep us all.
