Yesterday I had a call, "we are in town and want to see the house," One,it is not listed with an agent any longer, Two it was not show ready. (shower needs cleaned, oven needs cleaned, Toilet needs pumice out where the mineral line is)
Would you know it? They asked about all that. I told them it was not show ready, but I was polite and explained it as me being lazy. (they did not need to know I lay in bed for over a month)
Not sure what they thought but it is OK, It is my life and I was not up long when they called.
If they like the house, GREAT. If they make an offer, Greater. If it is a good offer, GREATEST!
Now I want to get out and get things done. The area in the field needs mowed and I need my garden spot tilled. Dare I ask my neighbors? I need new blades, Again Dare I ask for help replacing them?
I will, I have to, I can not get it turned properly. Need big wrenches for that. Like truck wrenches with long handles.
Today I am running the self clean cycle on the oven, That is a four hour, 800 degree job.(just a guess)
I was up last night cleaning up our computer. I thought about 30 minutes, I began at 10:30 but at 1:30 after falling asleep at the desk a few times, I asked, "How much longer"
The rep told me, "About 5 minutes more"
Thank God!!!
When it was finally over , I hit the bed. I did not move until 530 this morning.
To make it worse I had taken a pill to relax me and my typing skills were Lets say not good.
He said, "you cant type very well can you, I said, Yes I can, but I never knew it was going to take all night and I had my sleeping pill."
He laughed and I handed the typing of the info over to him.
Yes I did this all on line. My computer seems much faster today. In fact a LOT faster.
I had over 9000 errors he removed. True it had that many plus we eliminated a lot of programs I never have used.
So Now I need to talk to David and ask him how his books went today.
He was the one that wanted it cleaned or replaced. Replace was not happening. Too expensive.
But his work is vital to our income, so I took care of it.
That one job filled our propane tank, 476.62 yesterday. That will last most of the year now. Summer is almost here and we will not be using the fireplace or furnace. Our biggest consumers.
Now it is time to get my self moving, coffee sipping time is over. This is how I stay in touch, sip my coffee, read my mail, put my nitro patch on, start the day.
