I want to see all my children under one roof for a few hours. However I know living in different parts of the country makes that difficult.
Another thing I want, is to have my David home all time. We get along so I know laughter will be big parts of our days.
I told Rosie the other day. "You know, on our first date, I found a warmth I never knew."
He is 74 and still has the warmest hugs you can imagine.
It reminds me of "The Santa Clause and Jack Frost" movie. That little girl could melt ice. I am sure David could melt the coldest heart.
He is that kind and gentle.
While in Oklahoma we were shopping and he and Madi got behind an older gentleman. His shirt was printed. "Go Ahead and Try to Make me smile"
So here is David walking behind him making horrible faces, puting his thumbs in his ears, whatever, and belive me he can stretch that face of his.
Of course Madi ran away laughing. Our Grandchildren Love him so much because he makes them laugh at the silliest things. He always has. He makes me laugh at myself almost every day.
While in "Michaels" last weekend. He told me how to make my breast bigger.
We are in the middle of the store.
He said,
"Use toilet paper and rub them every day."
me "Huh"
"Well you used it on your butt every day and look how big it is."
I laughed and he began laughing and we had to leave the store.
I said, "You are horrible"
So that is my bucket list.
I am content with my life. I had lots of sorrow, and I often wanted to leave with the person that God was calling home, (ie, My Mom and my Baby Sis) but he is not ready for me yet.
That little tidbit was given to me by Dr. McCurry when I did not die or Have a Heart attack when my heart was So Bad.
I still have a difficult time saying," I have a bad heart".
Why? Because I am sure I have a good heart, made new by Gods loving care.
I take my medication, I do what I should, (most of the time) and I trust completely in him.
So today I thought of Jeanette's last post,
Love is a Verb
Giving love is doing
and there's always more to do.
Share with those in need
and it will all come back to you.
for when life on earth is over
and your time to go has come.
You wont be judged by what you have
but by the good deeds that you've done.
So greet with open arms,
Every soul you run into,
Cause giving love is doing,
And there's always more to do.
"anonymous"
So today I must find my verb in all I do.
Lord let me find Love in everything I do for you, Let all I do be for your Glory.
