And she did look like Sheri.

Remake was Steve Martin and I do not know who the daughter was in either movie
daughter is the most recent (1991 ish) movie is Kimberly Williams. I heard non-stop how much I looked like her back then. I think it was more mannerisms and general goofiness, plus the fact that I was planning a wedding.
