Today I agree. I asked a question I am not sure I wanted to know the answer to.
Well I did want to know but now. BLAHHHHH
Yesterday I demo cheese from Austria.
Ingredients, " Sheep Milk, Table Salt, Rennet"
So a customer asked me what was in it, As I read the ingredients I said, "I do not know what Rennet is, Do You?"
She said "No"
So I came home and looked it up.
Again
BLECHHHHHHH
I add, Austria is still one of the nations to use Rennet, We use a generic variety in America.
You look it up.
No wonder I told Chrystal I had to get home and get the cheese off me and out of my mouth, I told her it kind of stayed with you, Sour or some odd taste.

LOL, you knew what rennet was from didn't you? Why does that gross you out but not what gelatin is from?
