Pie and Lily

You know I promised Sheri a bulb off my Stargazer, Yes the one that is over 7 feet tall and glorious.
So today as the sun was out for a minute, I ran out with shovel in hand to dig that dude up.
Oh sorry it is late, That means you have to plant NOW. Really NOW.

Oh My Goodness. I began by chipping at some of the bulb and decided myt best bet was hand digging.
I got down on my hands and knees and dug mud and bulb out. Then I got the shovel and pushed the rest of it out.
Sheri all I can say is, I just put it on the North side of the house, with some west sun. Only a little west sun.
I do not feed it but it gets plenty of water.
Those are my suggestions for you.

 The bulb, bulbs almost fill up my entire planter. I will send Native dirt with the bulb, bulbs.

Have fun with that one kiddo, I am also sending some Iris Legumes or whatever, they are a chocolate brown with gold like tiger stripes. Very beautiful, they need sun for more prolific blooms and guess what, All you have to do is separate them or pull out what you do not want yearly.

Now for some Pie. this is our Apple dumplings, I made for Christmas.
Actually the RUM sauce is not on them yet, but soon it did follow. Huge Dumplings with Hot Rum Sauce.
