Never Again

Today it hit me. I had a major angina attack today. Burrrrrr Bad!!!!!!!
Took my two aspirins, took a tranquilizer, took my nitro and lay down for over two hours/.
Now I am great

I was so uncomfortable, and I refused a hospital call as I know when to go.
So I take my nitro and rest,rest,rest.
See that is what happens when you do NOT listen to your Heart or Body or Mind.

MUCH BETTER NOW, NOW SLEEP.

BTW the program was PARC. That day did me in like .
