What?????

David and I had shopping to do. We are in the mall, (JCP) when we decide to walk the Mall and out the Macy's Door.
As we approached a jewelry store  on the corner, we stop.
Of course we had browsed a shoe store previously.
Never knowing we were being watched.

As we stand at the jewelry counter, a young man, (Maybe 17 or 18) walks up to us.
He taps David and says, "I just wanted to say, "You are the cutest couple I have ever seen"
"Really you are!!!"
He was smiling so sweetly.
Of course he threw me totally off my game. I was not ever expecting that comment.
We are holding hands, I think, We are talking and laughing.

David turns, "What?"
The kid repeats his statement and has the sweetest smile.
We thank him then turn our (Or I turned my attention back) to the sales clerk.
I do tell the young man, "This  year is 50 for us and Thank you so much, You made our day."
David ask the sales clerk,  "Did you hire him to do that?"
"No" was the response.
David "That is the first time in a LONG time I have been told I am cute"
He is still in amazement as we leave the mall.
We both laugh and wonder why we did not keep an eye on the young man, Who was he? Why did he do that? Was he serious? was he pulling our leg?
Was he an Angel?

So I guess we are cute.
LOL

Then on the drive home, I am tooling down Churn Creek. I am speeding just a little. Suddenly I see a dim, very dim light ahead.
It seems to be in the road.
I hit the brakes. I stop suddenly as I see a small truck sideways in the middle of the road.
(He is taking up two lanes)
An Old Truck with very dim lights. No side lights and no blinking signal to warn of danger.
A man is on our side with a very small dim flashlight as a warning.
The truck is loaded with debris.
I think he broke down and that was all he had to work with.
I am saying, :"Oh My Gosh, What the Heck is that? I could have hit  him. We could have been killed or worse yet, hit him and he died"
It was the worse experience I have ever had with ME driving.
Notice the ME?
So God or an Angel was with us and Him.
I am too wracked to think clearly right then or we would have stopped to help. Although David can not push a car, I can not push a car and then there would be 4 cars jammed up, Oh yeah two others were driving in my opposite direction.

We just pray he was OK.

Oh I found what I was looking for. Finally!!!!!!
