Pool reporting for Duty

Finally it is done, the cool deck is "cool" the pool is clearing up, after several vacuuming and cleaning filters and vacuuming and clean filters. Whew, what a mess they make putting in cool deck and cement. David vacuumed until almost 10 last night, and I had vacuumed in the morning until something plugged the vacuum hose.
When he got home he knew how to fix it, "Go figure".
Today I began the process all over again, vacuum, clean filter, then I swept it and let it just filter. Clearing up nicely. So Charles and Shelle when you get here it will be ready for you, I know this heat will be a killer for you two.
I will be glad for you to see the pool, we placed lights around the perimeter. Last night we turned on the fiber optics and the solar lights were very pretty. Now we have to get more rock delivered, maybe the color of the cool decking to place in the area around the perimeter of the pool. Just more work, always more work, Darn I am getting so tired of working all time.
So today instead of spending the day outside, I am making plum butter and plum jelly. We went to Kens and picked a half bushel of plums, They are really nice plums. I have worked on it sporadically for two days, now I have to get down to business and get those jars sterilized.
