What can I write

What can I say, How can I tell you how much I miss you?
The weather here has been as nice as it can be, although it doesn't really matter much to me, its raining in my heart since you're so far away, so it might as well rain until September.
That is a song, by the way, but so true of how much I miss each of you kids. As your dad and I were lounging in the pool, we made a big discovery,
POOLS ARE A LOT MORE FUN WITH KIDS AROUND!!!!!!Really, it is so different with just us, of course we can skinny dip after 9 o'clock (pm of course) or we can just lie back and look at the stars, but it is not as enriching as it was with you all to enjoy it with us. We miss all the kids jumping on us, Your Dad being the brunt of Hop on Pop. Me well me being the bearer of good food, and cold drinks.
I think we did have a wonderful time with you kids, we would not take anything for those memories. I vividly recall Charles trying to shoot bats that would swoop down to the pool for water, only to later discover that was leaves caught in the fence. LOL
Ken taking a swim for a few bucks. (In the dead of winter). Sher beating Charles in sit ups, and me beating Sher in Hula Hoop. She finally put her foot into mine to make me miss, and last but not least is your Dad breaking the no running rule, and hurting his back when he slipped.
so guess you all have to get here and swim as soon as you can.
Bye

We discussed how different your lives are in relationship to your double first cousins. It seems you would have been more alike, since the same genes were part of both families.
Well it is not that way, Now I am not trying to be pious. That would be a sin. But we can be thankful for what you have given us. R-E-S-P-E-C-T. The one thing that will get you through tough times.

What a beautiful post. It's very obvious you're grateful for your children and grands.
Just so you know I found you via your daughter! I met her on a Christian parenting board a few years ago! She's truly a blessing!
