My older sister, (who I admire) has always been very reserved.
Me however, As you all may know by reading my blog, I am an open book. I say what I think, (often without thinking) I will get out and dance and I will sing in public, ( I sang at Ward Parties, One time dressed as Dolly Parton). I went to a Bobby Vinton concert and went up and gave him a kiss and told him "I love your Music"
I bounce around like Tigger, (You know, The wonder thing about Tiggers are Tiggers are wonderful things, they're bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, full of fun fun fun, but the most wonderful thing about Tiggers is I'm the only one.)
I try to make people comfortable around me.
However my sister was overheard telling someone, "Sue got the gift of Gab in the family".
I think my Mom would have called me Catfish. Oh she did call me that, "All mouth and no brains," LOL
I still find that funny.
I think she was right.
However if you check out Nanas treasures you will see my sister on stage in Hot Springs Arkansas, dancing. I had to laugh and Loved it. Good Job Lou, wish I had been there.
Sometime we need out of our shells and self imposed images. Just be all God wants us to be, Laugh until we cry or in my case, Fall to the floor laughing or pee my pants. Try to make a joke out of nearly everything.
Tomorrow may bring sorrow, teardrops and pain, but today we live in the sunshine.
Tomorrow the sun will shine. I have a Polly Anna outlook, Maybe too much so.
I want everyone to remember how much I loved life and how much I put joy into my days.
How much I loved nature and being in tune with it.
So on with my day. I mopped the floors, cleaned the house then had to take my nap.
I slept so sound until 3 PM. That was only about an hour and a half but it was restful.
I then got up, thawed chicken for dinner, put green beans on to cook, and joined David in the yard to plant two more trees.
I began tilling my herb garden. It is going to be nice, About a 30 foot long section by 3-5 feet wide. Surrounded by Marigolds and primrose and petunia. My daughter put a photo of her dream of a garden border and I think I will steal that idea. I have the space and the great soil. The soil that will grow whatever you put into it.
I need to buy several more herbs, I have my sage, chives, Oregano and Thyme. I need Basil, Purple and green, and who knows what else I will put in.
I also plan to put in a salad garden in that area. You know, radishes, onions and lettuce.
Who knows it may just keep growing into a much longer garden, It is along my fence row, I want my back yard to look like a showplace.
It keeps me busy and focused.
So with all the information, I will close and get ready for bed. I am tired and tomorrow I have to pick up my car. Mail a package after loading it with goodies.
Then I am done for a day or two.
I want to go to YC. I need to see my grand kiddos.
That will put a zip in my step.
