This and That

We finished planting the corn, or at least the last hand full I just threw under the trees. Birds can eat it.
We planted 8 rows, (Yes I said 8 Rows, at 92 feet each) by my calculations if the row has 92 stalks in it, each stalk makes 2 ears of corn, (usually makes more) that is about 1600 ears of corn. Lord what have I done?????
Friends better be ready to pick and freeze.

Now there is no more guessing on the length of the rows, 92 feet. Not over 100, I guess it just felt long when we were working them, David did step them off but he said he may have been off, as his steps are not what they used to be.
Me? I took the tape measure out and if I can still add, (in my head) It was 92 feet. After 10 who cares, It is LONGGGGGG.
I still have to buy green beans and a few plants. And my melons, (seed of course) Going to have a huge melon patch. Hopefully it will do good. Some say water it, some say don't, I think I will water it. I did two years ago and had the BEST Crenshaw you can imagine. Not very good watermelons though, Not sure of my problem there.

I am glad the weekend is almost here, David and I have been hot tubing it lately and it relaxes me so much, helps with the sore body. Ken it has been giving me problems, The heater that is.
Some time it lights and sometime not.
Error code is FL---O. Like a relay switch, Should I have it serviced?
The pool is still cool, not going to shock my body by jumping in.

Tomorrow I have a battery of blood test, one group for each doctor, (three doctors) I piggy backed them so I only have to go one time. Wednesday I see the Cancer doctor, I hope he gets my thyroid straightened out soon. (Oh yeah, I have none). I hope he gets the right dosage soon. I don't like me droopy and draggy.

Today I have to take a part off my tractor, I hope I can get it off without too much straining. I don't know what it is called but it is a flat piece that has a hole in it that secures a spring for a belt and pulley.
It literally broke off at the eye hole.
I hope I can find one locally, Or get someone to make me one or weld a piece on that one.
Yes I love doing that kind of work, I enjoy figuring out how things work. Very interesting.
The only problem is I have to look up the right tool, and walk up to the old garage. That is the hardest part.
Sitting on the floor and turning a socket wrench is the easy part.

So with that I better get to work, it wont get done otherwise.

Have a blessed day.

Instead of their shame my people will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace they will rejoice in their inheritance; and so they will inherit a double portion in their land, and everlasting joy will be theirs." Isaiah 61:7 (NIV)

Before you turn the heater on always make sure the spa pump is going. That error code is usually when the heater comes on with no flow.
