That is the temp of the pool. YEA
I may go swimming tomorrow.
D I wish you were here to go with me, Or E or J or C or M or Ni or Jo or hey just any old person will do.
Wait I do have an old person to go with me.
The pool finally cleared up. We have turned it into a salt water pool and had a hard time getting the water clear. In addition we have lots of pollen in the air.
I stepped onto the steps on Friday night and noticed the water is soft.
Really soft water. I know that sounds strange but it really has a different feel.
Ken tells us salt water is better for the skin and does not burn the eyes.
We are anxious to find out.
Tomorrow we may just lie around and relax, after hopefully going to church.
Today David and I had a very busy day.
We began with him tilling weeds in the garden and me crawling around pulling weeds in the stone pathway.
David has a habit of cleaning the pool filters on the rock. Big Mistake. BIG!!!
Pool filters get full of sand, and pollen, That builds up on the rock and holds weeds really well.
I told him I started to quit pulling weeds and push him in the pool. ( he was vacuuming the pool)
He just laughed.
Then I worked on the irrigation system.
It is a good thing I checked it out. Most of my Roses were not getting water.
However we had lots of rain so they were not dying, YET.
I have my first sun burn of sorts. I think I am turning too dark, too soon, maybe it is radiation. I hope not.
The doctor did not tell me to stay out of the sun.
He knew I swim a lot in the summer.
But today I slipped on my stretched out swim suit and shorts to work in the yard.
I forgot how I was dressed until I stepped into the shower tonight and saw the burn.
I can not feel it, I just see it. The back only, my arms are already really dark.
All it will do is wrinkle me more. (like I need that)
The sun makes me feel more alive. I get awfully tired, but I can sit and rest.
I just love being in the outside air. I sat for a while today, working my crossword puzzles.
I sit on the front porch in my wicker chair and feel the wind blowing on my face.
Peaceful feeling.
With that I say Goodnight.
Love to all my Loved ones, Old and New friends.
