Today I decided to get out early and begin mowing. Boy did I mow? I mowed the entire back yard and the field to the back fence. I kept thinking, one more round and I will stop. That stop did not come until I was satisfied with the look of the fresh mowed grass and weeds. Yep we have weeds in our field.
Lawn looks nice. I then worked around the pool while jumping in on a few occasions. It was not terribly hot. The pool on the other hand was COOL. I had added water about an inch. That cools it down, plus we are having 60 + degree nights so that cools it down, Those temps make it perfect for swimming on a hot day. Hot as in expected temps of 104-106.
In fact it is under 80 right now. A really nice day. It felt cooler to me, and at 8 tonight it was 85 with no humidity.
Perfect weather.
Tomorrow we are having company for a bar b Que. I am making a big banana pudding and hamburgers with corn on the cob. Maybe watermelon but not a big deal, Just a lot of relaxation with the editors of a Motorcycle magazine. plus I get to visit with a young lady I have not had swimming in our pool since the 1980's. She remembers all those sun days when she was younger. I cant recall when I saw Rose last and I never met Sean.
when she was 15-17-18 , she would pop in, I Loved it too. I just love company,.

She would come over and sun by the pool before work and get her bearings together before facing another day on the job.
Marilyn and Kurt are coming too, Perhaps Doug, I hope so.
Kurt informed me he likes to swim. I never knew.
Of course why should I? I never asked.
Everyone should know our home and pool is open to visitors at all times, We need help keeping the water stirred up and flowing free.

IN other news. I promised my niece a handbag before her trip. I thoroughly intended to get it done, but extreme exhaustion kept me away from the chore. It just seemed daunting.
So Avon came out with this amazing bag. It is called Butler Basic. Not even on the market yet. Or perhaps the next campaign. Anyway I ordered the demo for Nan, When it came in I was eyeing it.
You see every time I need an item from my purse, I generally have to dump my bag to find one little item.The put it all back in.
This amazing bag has built in compartments, I can open my purse and see my medicine in its compartment, same with wallet, camera, phone, makeup, body lotions. It is just there for the taking. I love it. Sorry Nan, it was for you but I got suddenly selfish. Not like me at all and then I wanted to order one sent to you, as they are not out yet, I am not allowed another order. Darn!!!
In showing this bag, I have already sold 3 or so. Women fall in love with the organization of the bag.
Personally I have never had a bag I like better. I told Gwena to just tell me to find anything. I reached for the cell phone, in few seconds it was in my hand and I was showing it to her. Same with my makeup.
She and Me Maw loved the bag. Kay loved the bag. I know there are lots more opportunities out there I just have to find them, I think the bag will sell itself.
That is one reason I needed to keep it, One to show and many to order.

But Nan have no fear I am on the hunt for another rep that could order more than one. Being new I am restricted on amount I can order.
I am trying sweetie, maybe before your trip.I try with all I have to keep my promises. We can pretend it is homemade but we will know better, in fact I bet your friends will want one. (If I can find one locally to ship).

Oh to end the day, I have a blister on my left leg. It is probably a spider bite. I don't know, I guess it could be a snake bite. When I work I do not notice little pains or jabs. I just work through the pain.
I recall the squash vines being especially sticker today.
Having had MRSA I am aware of this and watch for any increased signs of redness or more swelling or even quick swelling; I am sure it is nothing major.

My salivary glands are still a mess. Today I bought a bag of cool ranch Doritos. Big Mistake, My neck swelled up really horrible. It is now back to normal but it took a long time. The saliva forms there but cant make it to the mouth so it becomes a knot. Filling the nodes or cavities it is in.
What a mess, I now have to make that appointment even though I did not want to. I thought it would get better on its own, (After all I took a full round of high price antibiotics) No such luck.
NO change. I know, I know I was supposed to call him already but you know how that goes, You always hope it goes away tomorrow.
