Gonna Be A Long Day

I got up EARLY today, I woke at 6 and was up by 630. Not bad, but really early for me.
I thought I would get some much needed work done early, then take a little nap.
Well it ain't gonna happen.
And I usually don't say ain't, that is for emphasis.

First David shows up with the guys to work the yards.
Next my new washer is delivered.
Next the repairman for the motor home shows up.
The phone rings and the Retirement home would love me there today, At 2.
I have to mail a box, after I make a Costco run.

All will be fine though. I am sitting here getting it out of my system.

Oh the new washer, that will take some getting used to.
It is lighter than my old Maytag, and it makes strange noises.
It uses only HE detergent, (high efficiency).
The strange noises are part of the program. It slowly measures load and water need.
Then it slowly dampens everything.
Got to ignore noises.
Plus. Lou you can appreciate this.

It vibrates, Just a little, but that is caused from it being light weight, and the high speed of the agitator.
Improvements are not always better all around, you have to take the good with the bad.
Improvements as in water usage, power usage, detergent usage.
That will save money and I like that, but noise is a problem for me as my days are usually really quiet. Just me to talk to.
and I do not always listen.
Like right now I need to shower and dress up, I like to wear a lot of Avon jewelry as that sells it, and it is pretty. I have a new watch, and necklace and earrings to wear today, with a new
(7 dollar) blue dress.
Don't you just love bargains????
Blue dress, silver flip flops, silver and pearl accessories. I will be dressed fit to kill.
Wonder what that means, It is an old saying, my Mom used.
