We start with our hair, we shampoo (with special shampoos, after all our hair is sensitive or stubborn) we condition, we mousse, we gel, we curl, we straighten, we blow, we brush, we comb. We often throw on a hat and call it a Bad Hair Day.

Our Face, we wash with a special cleanser, we moisturize, one for night, and one for day, We use eye cream to reduce the signs of lines. We use make up to cover blemishes, we pencil in our eyebrows if they are sparse, we pluck them if they are wild. Around our lips we use lip pencil to give the illusion of fullness. We use lip plumper.
Eyes, we use mascara for fuller lashes, shadow to define the shape of our eyes, we use eye liner or pencil.
Our make up or foundation has to be just the right color, and texture, no watery stuff will do, it must meet our expectations.
That is covered with a powder to seal the foundation, Thus the name foundation, That which all the rest is built on.
We use cheek color for added depth, or to define our best features such as prominent cheekbones.

Lips, Line them, cover them with a color whether a shade of natural or a vibrant color, then top with a gloss to make them shine. another color on the pout part will make you have a pout look.
Now the neck, Never Never forget the neck area. That is our decollete. I Love that word.
Keep it smooth girls, Make those neck bones stand out and keep attention away from imperfections.

OK you get it, we do a lot to stay in shape. That is just one small part of the body we take care of.

Men on the other hand, hop in the shower, shave, comb the hair, They are done.
NO moisture or makeup for them.
Now we know why women are labeled as High Maintenance.
