Boxing it Up

Today I quit Avon, QUIT!!!
I give too much away to family and close friends.

Yep, not just family. Family gets it at less that cost.
I am a pushover and can not charge for things. Even if I pay for them.
Believe me when I say it has COST Me to sell Avon. LOL
I should have known, I won't even charge for the veggies I raise and it takes water, electricity and labor. Lots of Labor.

Now I need the Avon agent to come over and pick up the four boxes.
Yep four boxes!!!!!!
I quit delivering when I left here in October.
I have been unable to pick myself up and go again.
Seeing the Doctor only added to my fatigue.

I am just quitting.

Today woke again to ice on the grass and a huge temp of 25 Degrees.
At 7 AM.
Wow that is Cold.
Good thing we wrapped all our faucets on the night before Thanksgiving.
Yes, we were out at 9 o'clock wrapping pipes and griping about freezing. We had no gloves.
(note to self :: Sue Needs Gloves)
Most pipes were still wrapped from last year.
We also moved the motor home and checked the antifreeze. It was fine.
My car needs serviced. It is time to service but no where near the miles.
Less than 1000 in three months.
It needs gas but I refuse to go to town unless I HAVE to. I gave Ken the card to fill it
but he brought it home like it left here. Almost empty. (I can go a long way on empty, remind you of Seinfeld?)
That is OK.
I would tease Ken about that. But _But_ But. Wont do it.

Oh Church was great yesterday. People could say what they were thankful for.
Everyone had a total of 15 minutes throughout the whole church.
Of course I would not speak anyway but hearing some of the thankful's made me appreciate what I have, more than usual.
So much to be thankful for.
We picked up our gift boxes, we both were astounded that a 12 year old boy ask for socks.
SOCKS,Wow and some kids life depends on what game they get.
Believe me some of those requests were there too. I pods, Games.
But the value of socks is immeasurable.

Have a great day I think I best get busy, with home things.
Dave and I cleaned house on Saturday. Now I need to decorate.
